Norwell High School Music Department

Quick note to say that I’ve made some updates (some cosmetic, some functional) to the tabs across the top of the page, most notably the “About Us” and “Supporting NHS Music” tabs.  Hope you’re all resting up and getting in some good practice time!

Many congratulations to everyone who participated in the first of our two Small Ensemble Nights tonight!  The performances from top to bottom were very well prepared and a lot of fun to listen to.  Everyone involved showed a level of professionalism and love for their art that the audience couldn’t help but pick up on and enjoy.

Thanks also to everyone who came out to support these devoted young musicians.  We hope to see you all back on Wednesday, February 25th for the second installment in our chamber music series!

Eleven Norwell High School students traveled out to Middleboro for SEMSBA (SE Mass. School Bandmasters’ Association) honors ensemble auditions.  The following nine students, through their hard work and dedication, have been accepted to perform with other area students in April and May at the SEMSBA Senior and Junior Festivals:
